Getting out of Babylon!
Revelation 18:4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying,
Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins,
and that ye receive not of her plagues.
For her sins have reached unto heaven,
For her sins have reached unto heaven,
and God hath remembered her iniquities.
Reward her even as she rewarded you,
Reward her even as she rewarded you,
and double unto her double according to her works:
in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double.
Greetings Saints,
So many people talk about this but just what does it mean? You could leave Babylon, which most think is the USA. Let's say you do okay?
Okay so you decide you had better get out and get out soon. Are you going to morn over the people left behind? Or the lavish American lifestyle? Are you morning over friends still left behind?
You know coming out of Babylon is not just leaving the USA. It's coming out of the lifestyle. The lavish way Americans live. Some people store up so much as they cannot leave Babylon behind. So tonight in this first part I say look at your life. How much of Babylon is part of your lifestyle? How much time do you spend doing the Father's work? How about loving your neighbor not as the world does but as Messiah wanted you to?
Are you blinded? Do you not know that
James 4:4 Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.
You can leave the place but first you must get the place out of your heart!
Matthew 6:21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
Or will you be like Lot's wife? her heart was with the world, with the things she left behind. Sure she left but not in her heart so....
Genesis 19:26 ¶But his wife looked back from behind him, and she became a pillar of salt.
So many claim to love the Lord and are fine Christians but are they? Are they following Messiah's Words! People are so quick to send Bibles overseas, feed those overseas, or in Mexico but they ignore those right here in this country and their own cities.
Matthew 22:36 Master, which is the great commandment in the law? Yeshua said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.
Your neighbors are right out side your door! Right here in this land.
As for me and my house we will serve the Lord!
